Reports on platforms like Downdetector.com and Reddit confirm the outage, with users unanimously stating they cannot log in. Previous authentications have been voided, forcing everyone to re-enter their credentials in Outlook and third-party email services. However, despite entering the correct password, access is denied. Password updates do not resolve the issue, and error messages range from “invalid credentials” to “server error,” depending on the email service.
