Network maintenance will be done from Monday 29th October 23:00h to Tuesday 30th October 06:00h. During this maintenance there is a chance of brief packet-loss.

From Monday 29th to Tuesday 30th October between 23:00h and 06:00h, network maintenance will be done on the entire VPS platform. During this maintenance, the firmware of the redundant cluster switches in all clusters will be updated.

This week we discovered a bug in the firmware of the switches. After this discovery we immediately contacted our switch supplier. They informed us that this problem has been solved in the latest version of the firmware of these switches. After extensive tests we conclude that this is indeed the case.

During this maintenance all cluster switches will be updated to the latest version. These updates will result in two failovers between the redundant switches in each cluster. There is a chance of packet loss for about thirty seconds during such a failover.
