AMD GPUs are not limited in any way. Only NVIDIA has LHR and NON-LHR versions of their graphic cards.

No. Our stock is held within secure storage. If you place an order early enough in the day, we may have your goods at our shop the very same day.
NON-LHR GPUs are unlimited for crypto mining. Whereas, LHR GPUs are limited in hash rate. There is no difference between the two when it comes to gaming or running normal desktop applications. The limitation only applies when running crypto mining software on an LHR (Lite Hash Rate) graphics card. Read more here.
