Microsoft has announced that Microsoft Publisher will reach end of life in October 2026. After this date, Publisher will no longer be included in Microsoft 365 subscriptions, and support for existing versions will end.

- You can continue using Publisher normally until October 2026.
- From 1 October 2026, Microsoft 365 users will no longer be able to open or edit Publisher files (.pub) within the application.
